1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

4. Account Registration

Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

KYC Verification Requirements

Before processing your first withdrawal, gg288 requires completion of KYC verification to comply with anti-money laundering regulations and ensure platform security. You must provide:

• A clear, color scan or photograph of your Indonesian KTP (Identity Card) or valid passport showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of current residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• For certain payment methods, proof of ownership such as a bank statement or screenshot showing your name and account number.

All submitted documents must be clear, unaltered, and show all four corners of the document. Verification typically completes within 24-48 hours during business days. Your account will remain fully functional for deposits and gaming during the verification process, but withdrawals will be restricted until verification is complete.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

gg288 supports multiple payment methods for Indonesian players, including bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and BSI, as well as e-wallet options including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Varies by payment method; typically Rp 50.000.000 per transaction.
• All deposits are processed instantly and credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• gg288 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
• All deposits are non-refundable once credited to your account, except in cases of technical error or duplicate transactions.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: Rp 50.000.000 per transaction; daily limit of Rp 100.000.000.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your verified name.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal request will be processed.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5-15 minutes for BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri during business hours (09:00-21:00 WIB). Other banks and e-wallets may take 15-30 minutes.
• gg288 does not charge withdrawal fees for verified accounts. Unverified accounts or unusual withdrawal patterns may incur a 2% processing fee.
• All bonus wagering requirements must be completed before withdrawal of bonus-related funds. See Section 6 for bonus terms.
• gg288 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 25.000.000 or displaying unusual patterns. Such checks may extend processing time up to 72 hours.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

gg288 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to enhance your gaming experience. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that must be satisfied before any bonus-related funds can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available only to eligible players who meet the stated requirements.
• Each bonus has specific wagering requirements (also called rollover or playthrough requirements) that must be completed before withdrawal. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a Rp 100.000 bonus means you must wager Rp 3.000.000 before the bonus funds become withdrawable.
• Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements: Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10%, sports betting contributions vary by odds (typically bets with odds below 1.50 do not count).
• Maximum bet while an active bonus is in your account: Rp 50.000 per bet. Exceeding this limit will void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Bonuses have expiration dates. Unused bonuses or bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements will expire and be removed from your account after the specified validity period (typically 14-30 days).
• Attempting to abuse bonuses through multiple accounts, bonus hunting, or collusion will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
• gg288 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

Welcome Bonus

New players are eligible for a Welcome Bonus of 100% up to Rp 1.000.000 on their first deposit of minimum Rp 100.000. This bonus carries a 30x wagering requirement and is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. To claim, opt-in during the deposit process.

7. Betting Rules & Conduct

When placing bets on gg288, you agree to the following rules and conduct standards:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel, modify, or reverse a bet after placement except in cases of obvious technical error acknowledged by gg288.
• Minimum bet amounts vary by game type and are clearly displayed on each game or betting market.
• Maximum bet amounts and payout limits apply to protect both players and the platform. These limits vary by game type and VIP tier.
• In sports betting, if an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours.
• For live betting, odds and markets are updated in real-time. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of placement, which may differ from odds shown when you initiated the bet if market conditions changed.
• gg288 reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has started (for pre-match markets), bets affected by technical errors showing incorrect odds, or bets placed using exploits or bugs.
• Settlement of bets is based on official results from the relevant governing body or data provider. gg288's decision on bet settlement is final.

Responsible Betting

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gg288 and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds:

• Use of Bots or Automated Software: Using any automated system, bot, or software to place bets or play games.
• Hacking or Exploiting Bugs: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Money Laundering: Using gg288 to launder proceeds from illegal activities.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing minors to access your account or assisting minors in gambling.

If gg288 suspects any prohibited activity, we reserve the right to freeze your account pending investigation, request additional verification documentation, void any affected bets, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• gg288 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• gg288 is not liable for any losses or damages arising from technical failures, internet connection issues, unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your credentials, or force majeure events beyond our control.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of gg288 shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account in the three months preceding the claim.
• gg288 is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or charges that may apply to your winnings under Indonesian or international tax law. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on gambling winnings.
• We are not liable for losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions, your violation of applicable laws, or your failure to maintain the security of your account.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

gg288 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspicious activity indicating fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or other prohibited conduct.
• Request for self-exclusion or account closure by the account holder.
• Inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months (dormant accounts may incur a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50.000 after 12 months of inactivity).

Upon account termination for cause, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Upon voluntary account closure or termination without cause, any remaining verified balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method after deduction of any applicable fees.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Withdrawal of any remaining balance is subject to completion of all pending wagering requirements and verification procedures.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where gg288 is licensed to operate. By using gg288, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for resolution of any disputes.

In the event of any dispute between you and gg288:

1. You agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting gg288 customer support at [email protected] with a detailed description of the issue.
2. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within 14 days, you may escalate the complaint to our management team for formal review.
3. gg288's decision on any dispute related to bet settlement, account management, or interpretation of these terms is final and binding.
4. You agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against gg288.
